Send bulk SMS and email messages to parents, students, and staff. Manage templates and track campaign delivery. Path: Sidebar → Bulk SMS & Email.
Send SMS Bulk SMS & Email → SMS
Send a bulk SMS message to a group of parents or individuals. Uses the SMS gateway configured in Settings.
Type a new message or click Load Template to use a saved SMS template. Templates save time for recurring messages like exam reminders.
Choose from: All Parents, All Students, Specific Class, Specific Section, or paste individual mobile numbers.
Click Send Now. ProSchool360 sends the SMS via your configured SMS gateway (e.g. Msg91, TextLocal, Fast2SMS). A confirmation shows how many messages were queued.
Campaign Reports Bulk SMS & Email → Campaign Reports
View the delivery status of every SMS and email campaign sent. Filter by date range or campaign name.

SMS Template Bulk SMS & Email → SMS Template
Save reusable SMS message templates. Create a template once and load it instantly whenever you compose a bulk SMS.

Birthday Wishes Bulk SMS & Email → Birthday
Auto-send birthday wishes to students and/or employees on their birthday. Configure the message and delivery channel (SMS, WhatsApp, or Email).
Toggle on for Students and/or Employees.
Choose SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. Select or write the birthday message template. You can use {name} as a placeholder for the student's name.
ProSchool360 will automatically send the birthday message every day at the configured time (usually 8 AM) to students/employees whose birthday is that day.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I configure an SMS gateway?
Go to Settings → SMS Settings. Enter your gateway API key, sender ID, and API URL. ProSchool360 supports Msg91, Fast2SMS, TextLocal, and other gateways that provide an HTTP API.
Can I send emails without a third-party SMTP server?
No. You need to configure an SMTP server in Settings → Email Settings. Recommended options: Gmail SMTP (for low volume), SendGrid, or Amazon SES (for high volume). Enter the host, port, username, and password.
