Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if a student's internet disconnects mid-exam?

The student can re-open the exam and continue from where they left off — answers already submitted are saved. If the exam's end time passes, it is auto-submitted with whatever the student had answered.

Can I set negative marking?

Yes. When adding questions to the exam, you can set a negative marks field (e.g. -0.25 per wrong answer). The system deducts this from the total score automatically.
