Frequently Asked Questions

How do I print marksheets/report cards for a class?

After entering marks and generating positions, go to Exam Master → Exam Setup → click on the exam row → click the Print/Marksheet icon. Select the class/section and click Generate. The marksheet uses the layout designed in Marksheet Template.

What is the difference between "Publish" and "Publish Result"?

Publish makes the exam visible (students see it's coming). Publish Result makes the marks/grades visible after marking is done. Always enter all marks and generate positions BEFORE turning on Publish Result.

What does "Absent" do in Mark Entries?

Ticking Absent marks the student as "A" in the marksheet. They get 0 marks for that subject and "Absent" is printed on the report card instead of a grade.
