Frequently Asked Questions

How do I give different salaries to two teachers with the same designation?

Create two separate Salary Templates with different Basic Salary amounts (e.g. "Teacher Grade A — ₹25,000" and "Teacher Grade B — ₹20,000"). Then in Salary Assign, select the appropriate grade for each teacher.

Can I print salary slips for all employees at once?

Yes. After processing payroll for a month (Role + Month/Year search), all employees with "Salary Paid" status have a payslip ready. Click the eye (Payslip) icon to view/print individual slips, or use the bulk print option if available.

Does absence affect salary automatically?

Only if LOP (Loss of Pay) deduction is configured. When paying salary, ProSchool360 checks the employee's attendance for that month — absent days without approved leave are deducted at the per-day salary rate.
