Frequently Asked Questions

What is "Account" in the voucher form?

It refers to your school's bank or cash account — e.g. "HDFC Main Account", "Petty Cash". Accounts are set up under the Accounting module setup. If you only have one account, it is pre-selected automatically.

Can I edit a voucher after saving?

Yes — with Edit permission. Go to Deposit/Expense Voucher list, click the edit icon on the voucher row. Editing a paid voucher affects the account balance, so double-check before saving changes.
