Will parents really pay faster?

Most late fees are forgotten, not refused. A polite WhatsApp reminder with a one-tap UPI link at the right time is usually enough. Schools using automatic reminders see 15–20% more fees paid on time.

What does the ₹2 mean?

It's a trial. For ₹2 you get your own school account with every module for 3 days. After that it continues at ₹499/month by UPI Autopay or card, for unlimited students.

How do I cancel if it's not right for us?

Stop the autopay from your UPI app, or just message us on WhatsApp. If you cancel within the 3 days, you pay nothing more.

Do parents pay any extra charge for UPI?

No. Parents pay fees by UPI with 0% commission, and the receipt is created automatically.

Can I bring in my existing student data?

Yes. Upload your student list from Excel, and our team helps you set up classes, sections and your fee structure.

Is there a student limit?

No. A school with 60 children and a school with 3,000 pay the same ₹499 a month.

Are WhatsApp messages extra?

There is no extra ProSchool360 fee for WhatsApp alerts. Your school sends from its own WhatsApp Business number, so Meta bills its own small message charges to that account. We help you set it up.
